402 Salem Avenue N. , is a detached building with free parking for about 6 cars, as well as abundant street parking nearby. By TTC it is about a five minute bus ride north from Dufferin Station, and then a short walk. There are no stairs—the studio is on one floor, so loading in heavy equipment is easy. There is a lounge area with a kitchenette, complete with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is a small park next door suitable for picnicking and Frisbee playing.
